What we do
Three functions, always in the same order
GAMEN is neither an asset-owning operator nor a financial institution: it is the party that assembles the transaction and answers for its closing. Every mandate starts by defining which of these three functions is being engaged.

Origination
Finding and qualifying the missing counterparty: the supplier, the buyer, the shipowner, the local partner or the bank. This applies both to those placing product or capital into Paraguay and to those inside the country who need to reach a market or an origin currently out of range.

Structuring
Turning a commercial understanding into an executable transaction: contract, Incoterm, payment instrument, inspection, insurance, security and schedule. This is the work that decides whether a deal closes on time or collapses at the first documentary discrepancy.

Execution
Seeing the transaction through: logistics coordination on the waterway, customs clearance, storage, presentation of documents to the bank and follow-through on collection.

The core of the business is energy and the commodities that move by river. Two additional lines rest on that base, and are taken on when a transaction warrants it.
Fuels
Paraguay imports every litre of fuel it consumes, and almost all of it arrives by river. GAMEN puts the full operation together: origin, river freight, customs clearance and payment structure.
