GAMEN S.A.
The company
A Paraguayan corporation with an office in Asunción, dedicated to originating and structuring energy, commodity and infrastructure transactions between the local market and overseas counterparties.
What GAMEN is
GAMEN S.A. works at the point where a transaction stops being an intention and has to become executable: who supplies, who transports, who inspects, under what contract, against what instrument and on what timeline. That work is done from Asunción, with direct knowledge of the Paraguayan market, its river logistics and its regulatory framework.
The company is neither a financial institution nor an asset-owning operator, and does not claim to be. Its value lies in assembling the right structure and holding it together through to settlement, relying on banks, shipowners, customs brokers, inspectors and professional firms that each answer for their own sign-off.

How we work
With a written mandate, fees agreed before work starts and an explicit limit of scope. The detail of the process, the instruments and what falls outside is set out on the operations page.
Origination
Finding and qualifying the missing counterparty: the supplier, the buyer, the shipowner, the local partner or the bank. This applies both to those placing product or capital into Paraguay and to those inside the country who need to reach a market or an origin currently out of range.
Structuring
Turning a commercial understanding into an executable transaction: contract, Incoterm, payment instrument, inspection, insurance, security and schedule. This is the work that decides whether a deal closes on time or collapses at the first documentary discrepancy.
Execution
Seeing the transaction through: logistics coordination on the waterway, customs clearance, storage, presentation of documents to the bank and follow-through on collection.
